Irfan Pathan gives fitting reply after being asked not to name his son Dawood or Yakub
New Delhi: Irfan Pathan and his wife Safa Baig became proud parents of a baby boy on December 20. The Indian all-rounder was asked not to name his child as ‘Daud’ or ‘Yakub’ by Twitter user last week, after Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor named their child Taimur which sparked controversy on social media.
Irfan's reply was as impressive as one of his late in-swingers, responding graciously to the tweet, he said,” irrespective of what we name him, one thing is very sure he’ll make the nation proud just like his father and uncle (Yusuf Pathan).
