Central Board of Secondary Education has declared results bringing a sigh of relief to lacs of students, parents and teachers across the country.
- CBSE will upload the re-evaluation status online besides sending a formal letter
- Any decrease in marks too will be considered by the board
- Applicants need to pay Rs.500/- per subject as processing charges for verification
Soon after the declaration of results today, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) issued an online circular citing schedule, processing charges and process for Verification of Marks, Re-evaluation of evaluated Answer books and for obtaining the photocopy of Answer books.

Students who are not satisfied with their Class 12th result can exercise the aforementioned options by paying the applicable fee as per the details given below:
How to apply for Verification of Marks for CBSE Class 12th Result 2019?
Applicants need to pay Rs.500/- per subject as processing charges for verification of marks. In case there’s a change of marks after verification of marks, CBSE will send a letter by speed post to the applicant, as well as update the status of marks in candidate’s login account. If there’s no change in marks, then the status will be updated online only.
The online application window for Verification of Marks for CBSE Class 12th Result 2019 will be functional from Saturday, 4th May to Wednesday, 8th May 2019, 5 pm.
How to apply for obtaining a photocopy of evaluated Answer book(s)?
Applicants need to pay Rs.700/- per subject as processing charges for requesting a photocopy of evaluated Answer book(s). Candidates must note that only those who apply for verification of marks can request for obtaining the copy of evaluated answer book in that subject.
The photocopy of a candidate’s evaluated answer book of the requested subject will be made available in the candidate’s login account. Information pertaining to the identity of the Examiner/ Evaluator/ or any other official will be blocked.
The online application window for obtaining a photocopy of evaluated Answer book(s) of CBSE Class 12th Exams 2019 will be operational on Monday, 20th May and Tuesday, 21st May 2019, 5 pm.

How to apply for Re-Evaluation of evaluated Answer book(s)?
The Re-Evaluation of evaluated Answer book(s) can be requested only by those candidates who’ve obtained the photocopy of the same. The applicant must go through the marking scheme and the question paper first, as given on the official website of CBSE. If the candidate still feels the need for re-evaluation, then s/he can request the same by paying Rs.100/- per question from the theory portion. The applicant must provide the reason behind his/her challenge to the original evaluation.
CBSE will upload the re-evaluation status online besides sending a formal letter by speed post.
Any decrease in marks too will be considered by the board.
The online application window to request a re-evaluation of evaluated Answer book(s) of CBSE Class 12th Exams 2019 will be live on Friday, 24th May and Saturday, 25th May 2019, 5 pm.
