Jessica Alba`s Honest Company sued again for 'burning' sunscreen
The 34-year-old actress' company hawks a SPF 30 sunscreen which is touted as eco-friendly, affordable and natural, reports TMZ.com.
According to the suit, the company changed the formula of the product and removed more than half of the zinc oxide, the chemical that provides protection from the sun.
The five million suit further details that the company continued to market the product as SPF 30, which caused burns to lots of people including kids.
Previously, consumer Jonathon D. Rubin filed a suit against the actress' company claiming that the brand deceptively and misleadingly labeled and marketed its products by calling them natural.
