27 AAP MLAs won't be disqualified as EC gives clean chit

In a major relief to Aam Admi Party, the Election Commission of India on Thursday withdrew the case against 27 party MLAs pertaining to Rogi Kalyan Samiti matter. Following the EC clean chit, President Ram Nath Kovind has also given his nod to Election Commission’s decision.

What is the matter?

A person named Vidyarthi Vibhor Anand had filed a complaint in Election Commission stating that 27 AAP MLAs holding senior most position in Rogi Kalyan Samiti are enjoying an office of profit.
