Amritsar Tragedy: Locals tell, "Navjot Kaur Sidhu was aware that people were on track"

Locals in Amritsar's Joda Phatak area where the mishap happened told that Navjot Kaur Sidhu was aware that people were standing on track to have a glimpse of her.
The leader was happy that she had such a fan following and didn't bother to ask them to get away from the track.
