After witnessing partial lunar eclipse, devotees took holy dip in Ganga in Varanasi. Also, today is first day of Sawan, and the Kanwar yatris stand in long que to worship lord Shiva. 
Apart from this, Former Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit was laid to rest with full state honours at the Nigambodh ghat in New Delhi. The Congress veteran passed away on Saturday after suffering a cardiac arrest.
