Bihar CM Nitish Kumar speaks on coming back in 'Centre'

Bihar CM Nitish Kumar says in ABP News' flagship conclave Shikhar Sammelan that, "I won't call the Opposition's alliance as "Mahagathbandhan", it is a "gathbandhan" formed out of fear". He further added "We may have got 2 seats in previous LS polls but had received 17% votes. No question of being dissatisfied with the NDA. "   Overall crime rate has dipped in Bihar, earlier people were afraid of going out after 5pm., he further added.
