Bihar Flood: Nitish is not at fault for situation of Bihar, says KC Tyagi

JDU leader KC Tyagi has backed Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar on the flood and rain situation of the state. He has said that the CM is not responsible for the worse situation. 
Heavy downpour has crippled life, especially in Patna where record rains caused heavy water-logging and did not spare the houses of the Deputy Chief Minister and two former Chief Ministers.
