Battered by heavy rainfall for the forth consecutive day, Bihar lost at least 29 lives on Monday to mishaps caused by the downpour that inundated streets, water-logged railway tracks and marooned business establishments.
Patliputra MP  am Kripal Yadav talked to ABP News and said that the heavy rain was unexpected.
Yadav said, "Condition is very bad in Patna and its surrounding areas. I came here last night only. It is true that the water drainage system in Patna is not right. I have been the vice of Patna, I have seen."
