Updated 25 Jun 2019 11:39 AM

Bahujan Samaj Party Chief Mayawati on Monday announced that her party would contest all the future elections on its own and is breaking all ties with Samajwadi Party in the state. This comes a day after reports of Mayawati blaming Akhilesh’s SP for massive defeat in the recent Lok Sabha elections surfaced.

As per reports, Mayawati during BSP’s National Executive meeting blamed Akhilesh Yadav for the humiliating defeat of their alliance in Lok Sabha polls and said alliance with the Samajwadi Party was a 'big mistake'.
