Cleric asks Nusrat to change name over performing Durga pooja

Trinamool MP and Bengal actor Nusrat Jahan whose Durga Puja celebration on the occasion of Maha Ashtami became the talk of the town, was faced with harsh criticism by a Muslim cleric on Monday, who termed her act of devotion as anti-Islamic.

The cleric termed her action as "anti-Islamic" and accused her of bringing a bad name to the religion. He  also urged Jahan to change her name.
