Congress-NCP coalition releases manifesto, plays 'bhoomi-putra' card

Ahead of Maharashtra assembly elections, Congress and NCP coalition has released its manifesto. The manifesto promises loan waiver for farmers. On the other hand, it promises free education for students till graduation. They have played bhoomi-putra card as local residents would get 80 percent reservation in jobs in industries. How will this manifesto affect the Assembly poll results will only be known on October 24th.
