Congress president Rahul Gandhi heads out to cast his vote in New Delhi

Congress President Rahul Gandhi arrived to cast his vote at a polling booth in NP Senior Secondary School in Aurangzeb Lane.
Voting, that was scheduled to start at 7 am, began late at some booths in the national capital Sunday. Among the early voters in the national capital were former chief minister Sheila Dikshit, Congress's New Delhi candidate Ajay Maken, Union minister Harsh Vardhan, BJP's East Delhi candidate Gautam Gambhir, and BJP national general secretary (organisation) Ram Lal.
