How do government employees themselves ruin government schemes, if you want to see the scene then come to Rajasthan.
It took hundreds of crores of rupees to purchase cycles for the promising students of government school here, but even after the completion of half the session, they have not been distributed to the students till now, due to which it has become a junk.
If you do not believe, then see that these bicycles lying in this chaff-filled ground. They have neither been placed here under any special offer by any company nor any Bhamashah has bought them. Rather, these bicycles have been kept for a long time for the free cycle distribution scheme of the Rajasthan government.
