Cycles supposed to get distribute among school kids turns into junk| Ghanti Bajao

These are the same bicycles that will be distributed to the children studying in the government school in Damoh, Madhya Pradesh.  Due to lack of adequate management of rain water, the bicycles kept in the premises are sunk in it.
These cycles have to be distributed to the children here, but they are getting spoiled due to drowning in rain water.
