Delhi CM expresses gratitude to Modi govt for regularising illegal colonies

Union Minister Prakash Javadekar held a press conference to announce a historic decision by the union Cabinet. The decision was to give ownership rights to 40 lakh people living in unauthorised colonies in Delhi. This has come as a gift right before Diwali
