Delhi Traffic Police Constable cries on camera, complains of not getting leave

Delhi Traffic Police Constable Kapil was seen crying on camera while narrating his depressing story. Kapil is seen complaining against SSP and Reader that they had been torturing him. He adds that he was not given proper leaves. During 6 months of his duty, he got only ten days off. When one day he went to seek a day off, Munshi marked him absent in front of him.
