Amid tension on the border, India and Pakistan are set to hold DGMO level talks on Tuesday. Deputy DGMO, who holds a Brigadier rank, is likely to represent India. This conversation is going to take place over the phone and terrorist infiltration in Sundarbani sector near LoC is going to be a part of the discussion.

This comes after Pakistan’s border action team (BAT) attacked, Indian army patrolling in Rajouri’s Sundarbani sector on Sunday, which martyred three soldiers.

But, before BAT team could have misbehaved with the mortal remains of Indian soldiers, another patrolling team of Indian soldiers launched an attack and killed two Pakistani terrorists.

As per Army sources, Pakistani army has been officially warned of not letting terrorists use their land. A senior Indian Army officer has informed ABP News that Pakistan has been asked to take back the dead bodies of the two killed terrorists.

This is a routine dialogue which takes place every Tuesday where both Indian and Pakistani DGMO discuss the situation at LoC.
