Fire breaks out at Kumbh post cylinder blast

In a major incident, a massive fire broke out at Dighambara Akhada of the Kumbh Mela at Prayagraj (Allahabad) in Uttar Pradesh on Monday, creating a lot of panic among the devotees. As per preliminary inquiry, the cause of fire was a cylinder burst in one of the pandaals.

The Kumbh Mela 2019, which is set to begin tomorrow, had a huge footfall on Monday, due to Makar Sakranti.
