Former Delhi Minister Sandeep Kumar booked on rape charge, surrenders to police
Former Delhi Minister Sandeep Kumar was booked under rape charge (Section 376) on Saturday. The woman who was seen in the sex scandal video of the former Delhi Minister had registered the rape complaint at Sultanpuri police station this afternoon.
Minutes after the complaint was lodged, the suspended AAP leader also arrived at the DCP’s office in Rohini to surrender.
The victim has alleged that the recording was a year old when she met the controversial AAP leader at his residence to get a ration card issued. “During the meeting Sandeep Kumar promised me a job,” she said.
