Haryana traffic police tops in charging highest challan on violation of new law

Drivers who have paid penalties are becoming cautious, especially as it is not just the policemen enforcing the la and collecting fines, even CCTVs are being used to record traffic violations and fine the erring drivers.
The new traffic rules have been received by protests and shock as fines charged have been half the original price of the vehicle, in some cases.
