Mahalaxmi Express held up in Badlapur, 2 Air Force choppers deployed for rescue operation

Mahalaxmi express is held up between Badlapur and Wangani at KM72 with around 700 passengers. RPF and City police have reached the site where Mahalaxmi Express is held up. The rescue teams are distributing biscuits and water to the stranded passengers. One team of NDRF employees has been deployed for evacuation. The tarin stopped because of flooding of the railway tracks.
