Manohar Lal Khattar: Minor arguments result into rape FIR

Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar created controversy at an event where he said that the number of rape cases has not increased as they not new to the society. He further added "80-90% occurs between people who already know each other. Most of the time these incidents happen between people who usually hang-out together, but one-day after minor arguments, they file an FIR- saying that this person raped me."
