The accused in rape of a five-year-old girl in Delhi was arrested from his in-laws place in Muzaffarpur in Bihar on Friday night. He is now being brought to Delhi on transit remand amid massive protests outside Delhi Police HQ. The protests led by AAP and BJP workers are demanding Police Commissioner Neeraj Kumars removal. Police maintaining restraint though.
