Modi govt presents bills without scrutiny: Anand Sharma

Anand Sharma was speaking in Rajya Sabha and he raised questions over General Category Reservation bill. He said that no bill should be tabled in the parliament without proper scrutiny. He alleged that Modi government made it a habit to bypass scrutiny and present the bills on sensative issues and amendments in the parliament
