Nitish Govt Did Nothing In 14 Years, Says Upendra Kushwaha On Encephalitis

Upendra Kushwaha was speaking on Encephalitis deaths in Bihar. He said that during summers encephalitis deaths take place and government suddenly gears into 'action' after that government forgets. This cycle keeps on repeating. "Nitish Kumar government should have thought about steps to curb the deaths. But in 14 years, they did nothing. We do not hope they would do something.
