No farmer to be jailed for not repaying loans if Cong comes to power: Rahul

While addressing a public rally in Madhya Pradesh's Tikamgarh, Congress chief Rahul Gandhi again attacks Prime minister Narendra Modi and says that, all the rich people are outside India and poor, farmers people are in jail. He announced that no farmer will ever be jailed for not paying back their loan. Rahul Gandhi is an Indian politician. He hails from a long line of politicians, known as the Nehru-Gandhi family, which has occupied a prominent place in the politics of India ever since the country gained independence in 1947
