The stage is set for the 2nd phase for the ongoing Lok Sabha election. For the election which is scheduled on April 18, as many as 95 constituencies will go for polling in the second phase of Lok Sabha election 2019.

Election was scheduled to be held in one seat in Tripura but the Election Commission in a late night order postponed polling till April 23 citing law and order situation. Also, the EC in an order Tuesday evening cancelled the poll in Vellore Lok Sabha constituency over allegations of excess use of money power.
