For the first time, some minister may have tasted their own medicine. Jitan Ram Manjhi's convoy was in Bihar when it got stuck in a puddle which formed after rain. Consistent rain showed the true colours of the infrastructure that the government provided to the people. But for the first time a minister felt what it was to live in such conditions.
