Pak minister Sheikh Rashid predicts full-blow war against India in October

Pakistan Railway minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed has predicted that a full-blow war between Pakistan and India is “likely to occur in October or the following month.” 
peaking in Rawalpindi, Rashid commented on Kashmir and said the war with India will be the "last this time", the report said.
Rashid said “the UNSC would have held a plebiscite in Kashmir till now if it really wanted to solve the issue".
