PM Modi offers prayers in Mumbai, launches metro lines

Prime Minister Narendra Modi was in Maharashtra's Mumbai to launch metro lines in the city. He also offered prayers to Lord Ganesha amid Ganesh Utsav. On the other hand, the country's first-ever 'water-grid' costing Rs 3,50,000 crore will come in the parched Marathwada region of Maharashtra in the next five years as part of the Jal Jeevan Mission (JMM), Prime Minister Narendra Modi said here on Saturday.
