Rafale is not to attack anyone but to self-defend: Rajnath Singh

Rajnath Singh was talking to ABP News exclusively. He said that Rafale fighter jets were not to attack anyone but self defend ourselves. He added that with the inclusion of these fighter jets have definitely sent a message among enemies of India. He added that it is a very strong aircraft which was the need of the hour. He added that he travelled in supersonic speed but he knows how to take risks
