Ravi Shankar Prasad was talking to ABP News and said that nature was to be blamed for the present state of Bihar but things had to be mended in time.
Several parts of Bihar and Uttar Pradesh were reeling from floods following incessant showers over the past few days. The flood situation in Bihar has worsen after heavy rains over the weekend lashed the northern state of India and hit most of the population living in the region.
