During Hindustan Purvodaya 2019, Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad held former Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru for article 370 in Kashmir. 
Ravi Shankar Prasad is an Indian lawyer, politician and the current Union Minister holding the Law and Justice, Communications and Electronics and Information Technology portfolios in the Government of India. A member of the Bharatiya Janata Party, Prasad represents the Patna Sahib Lok Sabha constituency.
