Seat-sharing in Bihar: Congress, RJD may resume talks

In Bihar, Congress and RJD may resume talks over seat-sharing. Congress has been asking for 11 seats whereas Lalu Prasad Yadav is interested in giving only 8 seats in the coalition.
The seats in contention are Darbhanga, Katihar, Purnia, Madhubani and Shivhar
Who will suffer with this fight? Will Lalu's 2009 mistake affect them badly again or not?
