Skymet Report: Flooding rains in offing for Assam, Nagaland after 48 hrs

Northeast India is the most rain deficient pocket this Monsoon season. As on August 5, Arunachal Pradesh is battling high rain deficiency to the tune of 35%, followed by Assam & Meghalaya by 29%.
