Super 40: Downpour cripples Bihar, death toll reaches 25

Battered by heavy rainfall for the forth consecutive day, Bihar lost 25 lives on Monday. The downpour inundated streets, water-logged railway tracks and marooned business establishments. The schools are shut till Tuesday. Heavy rainfall has crippled life, especially in Patna where record rains led to heavy water-logging. It did not spare the houses of the Deputy Chief Minister and two former Chief Ministers as well
