UP Minister Sidharth Nath Singh Violates Traffic Rules, Video viral

Sidharth Nath Singh is an Indian politician and the Health Minister in the Government of Uttar Pradesh. He is one of the official spokespersons of the Bharatiya Janata Party. He is a grandson of former Prime Minister of India Lal Bahadur Shastri. Suman Shastri, his mother, was the daughter of Lal Bahadur Shastri. 
The amendment to the Motor Vehicles Act, which sharply increased fines on traffic violations, were objected to by not just the Congress-ruled Rajasthan or the TMC-ruled West Bengal, but at least three BJP-ruled states. The first among them was Modi's Gujarat.
