We don't count human casualties but targets: Air Chief BS Dhanoa

Air Chief Birender Singh Dhanoa held a press conference and said that Indian Air Force cannot count the number of people died but the number of targets hit. He added that it is the government who would tell you the exact number of human casualties.
Talking about bombing the jungle he claimed that if they would have bombed the jungles then why would have Pakistan retaliated?
