West Bengal: LEFT student organisations lathicharged

LEFT student organisations were staging a protest in West Bengal's Howrah. They protested against the Mamata Banerjee government and were headed to gherao the secritariat. The reason was unemployment. These students were demanding jobs but the police lathicharged them. There were twelve organisations which were protesting at the same place. Police also used tear-gas bombs to push the protesters away
