New Delhi: A video of a British singer singing the popular ghazal sung by Farida Khanum ‘Aaj Jaane Ki Zid Na Karo’, is mesmerizing netizens lately. The popular ghazal has been sung by many singers and on many occasions, but this rendition is being loved by people.

The video shows British singer Tanya Wells singing the song at a function in Lahore in Pakistan.


The video was shared on YouTube in November last year by the band named Seven Eyes.

Tanya who is a vocalist at the band performed with many artists and musicians in the foreign language  Nowhere in the video, can one feel that Tanya was not comfortable in the language that was not her mother-tongue.

As per reports, Wells hails from London and has spent several years living in North India learning Indian language and music.
